If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Merchandise should show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Returns must be initiated within the approved return window from the date your order is delivered. Items sent back outside of this window may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging where applicable. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box and placed inside protective packaging. Accessories must be returned with all protective coverings intact.

Items that arrive damaged, worn, altered, or incomplete may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Only returns that have been properly authorized through defineherstyle.com will be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements as returns.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue promptly through defineherstyle.com. Items reported outside the designated reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.
